About the Role
You will own the product roadmap across hardware, software, AI, and field reliability. You will translate field observations into requirements, guide data and model-evaluation strategy, prioritize the backlog, coordinate engineering delivery, track operational KPIs, and support pre-sales technical conversations.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management
- 2+ years working on robotics systems
- Experience shipping complex technical products
- Robotics software stack familiarity including ROS2, Zenoh, motion planning, control, and perception pipelines
- AI and ML model evaluation and deployment knowledge
- Hardware-software co-design knowledge
- PRD and technical brief preparation
- EU Machinery Regulation, ISO 10218/15066, and AI Act awareness
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap across hardware, software, AI, and field reliability
- Set priorities against commercial goals and technical constraints
- Shape training data strategy, model evaluation criteria, and deployment thresholds
- Turn field failure data into Cortex training inputs
- Convert production-site observations into structured requirements
- Own capability specifications, performance SLAs, and integration requirements
- Prioritize and sequence the customer-driven backlog
- Track uptime, pick success rate, intervention rate, and time-to-value
- Support pre-sales technical conversations and create product collateral
