About the Role

You will lead the FX and Accounts product area. You will build and scale the hedging proposition, coordinate product groups, establish KPIs and operating cadence, partner on pricing and liquidity, deliver FX intelligence and finance controls, develop product leaders, and align cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Senior product experience in FX, treasury or financial markets
• Experience leading product leaders
• Knowledge of FX execution, rate engines, spread management, liquidity relationships and wholesale pricing
• Experience with hedging or structured FX products, including forwards and options
• Knowledge of FX margin and treasury economics
• Experience translating financial concepts into products for finance and treasury users
• Cross-functional leadership and senior stakeholder management
• Experience in a scaling product organization
• Experience using AI tools for research, drafting, analysis and prototyping
• Right to work in the applicable jurisdiction

Responsibilities

• Increase hedging flow, balances, treasury adoption and earn revenue
• Build the hedging product from pilot to a scaled proposition
• Define KPIs and run the operating cadence
• Partner with Treasury and liquidity providers on pricing and spreads
• Ship FX intelligence and an agentic advisory layer
• Shape controls, approvals and accounting automations
• Lead and develop Product Directors, Group Product Managers and Product Managers
• Create cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Treasury and Compliance
• Maintain Jobs to Be Done research and evidence
• Position the product area against banks, FX providers and hedging specialists
