About the Role

You will lead the voice AI research product area and shape how developers build, configure, and deploy voice agents through code. You will own developer-facing APIs, MCP, CLI, plugins, documentation, activation, retention, and model commercialization. You will work directly with customers, ship product and tooling improvements, support developer events, and make the path from an API call to production as simple as possible.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience across engineering, data science, or product management
• Software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience using APIs and building integrations
• Experience building developer-facing products or tools
• Experience using APIs, CLIs, MCPs, and coding agents
• Ability to build sample integrations, improve documentation and tooling, and make product changes directly
• Interest in voice AI and experience building with voice products
• Ability to work with customers and translate technical capabilities into documentation, demos, and product stories
• Availability to be reachable on weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead the voice AI research product area
• Define voice model capabilities and live-call behaviors
• Own the developer journey from API call to production deployment
• Shape consistent experiences across APIs, MCP, CLI, and plugins
• Own API documentation, quickstarts, sample integrations, and guides
• Instrument developer activation and retention
• Turn recurring customer support issues into product improvements
• Define model packaging, pricing, integration, and commercialization strategy
• Create demos, technical content, launches, and enablement materials
• Support developer workshops, hackathons, and other community events
