About the Role
You will own the internal operations experience after client go-live. You will define support and operations tools, compliance reporting, transaction monitoring and crypto-compliance experiences; build feedback systems; research expert user workflows; measure efficiency; and align platform, identity and data capabilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience
- Experience with internal, operations, compliance or back-office tools
- Knowledge of transaction monitoring, sanctions, screening, case management and regulatory reporting
- Knowledge of crypto compliance and the Travel Rule
- Experience designing for expert users
- Ability to measure analyst efficiency, error rates and case clearance
- Ability to work with compliance, risk, legal, operations and engineering stakeholders
- Knowledge of third-party monitoring, screening and case platforms
- Knowledge of AI under human oversight
- Experience using AI tools for research, drafting, analysis and prototyping
- Right to work in the applicable jurisdiction
Responsibilities
- Own the internal operations experience strategy and roadmap
- Define a unified support and operations console
- Own compliance and internal reporting capabilities
- Own transaction monitoring and continuous-monitoring alerts after go-live
- Own crypto-compliance tooling for screening, Travel Rule exchange and wallet monitoring
- Build client feedback management tools and processes
- Research analyst, Support and Operations workflows
- Track operational decision, system-use, manual-work, escalation and false-positive metrics
- Maintain Jobs to Be Done research and evidence
- Partner on identity, permissions, approval rules, audit and shared data
