About the Role
You will support roadmap maintenance, data strategy, field-failure analysis, and requirements drafting. You will help manage the backlog, coordinate engineering work, track operational KPIs, prepare PRDs and technical briefs, and create collateral for commercial and pre-sales discussions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field
- Robotics and AI interest
- Robot software stack familiarity including ROS2, Zenoh, motion planning, control, and perception pipelines
- AI and ML model evaluation and deployment knowledge
- Hardware-software co-design knowledge
- PRD and technical brief preparation
- EU Machinery Regulation, ISO 10218/15066, and AI Act awareness
Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining and updating the product roadmap
- Support priority alignment with commercial goals and technical constraints
- Help refine training data strategies, model evaluation criteria, and deployment thresholds
- Collect and analyze field failure data
- Turn production-site observations into structured requirements
- Assist with capability specifications, performance SLAs, and integration requirements
- Support backlog management and prioritization
- Coordinate with engineering leads to track tasks and dependencies
- Track uptime, pick success rate, intervention rate, and time-to-value
- Create product collateral and supporting materials
