About the Role
You will build onboarding, training, and development programs for solutions engineering and technical post-sales roles. You will create technical playbooks and certification programs, lead enablement sessions and GTM events, optimize learning systems and demo environments, use data to improve productivity, and partner across product, engineering, and GTM.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical enablement, solutions engineering, or technical customer-facing experience
- Experience working with technical field teams
- Program management and execution skills
- Cross-functional collaboration skills across product, technology, and GTM teams
Responsibilities
- Build and scale technical enablement programs
- Develop technical playbooks, training, and certification programs
- Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, and other stakeholders
- Facilitate enablement sessions with technical leaders and top performers
- Optimize content, learning systems, demo environments, and AI tooling
- Use data to improve ramp time and productivity
- Lead technical kickoffs, summits, QBRs, and field-facing programs
- Develop new enablement initiatives as the organization scales
