About the Role
You establish customer partnerships and act as a liaison with internal technical teams for Enterprise customers using Oracle Fusion Cloud. You design financial solutions, define technical success criteria, guide Oracle Cloud integrations and configurations, support implementations, troubleshoot blockers, advise on architecture, document solutions, and channel customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
- 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Deep familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials workflows including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and multi-org structures
- Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture
- Ability to advise on non-standard Oracle Cloud implementations and edge cases
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
- Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills
- Oracle Cloud Procurement and/or Oracle Projects implementation experience
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise accounts running Oracle Cloud
- Advise customers and internal teams on Oracle Cloud integration, configuration, and system design
- Assess customer requirements and propose solutions involving Oracle Cloud, HRIS, and API integrations
- Support technical workstreams during onboarding and implementation
- Problem-solve technical hurdles and propose effective product implementations
- Conduct technical discovery of customer Oracle Cloud environments and workflows
- Recommend best-fit Ramp architecture and API usage
- Troubleshoot Oracle Cloud integration blockers
- Contribute to internal documentation and tooling
- Channel Oracle Cloud customer feedback to Product and Engineering
