About the Role

You establish customer partnerships and act as a liaison with internal technical teams for Enterprise customers using Microsoft Dynamics F&O. You design financial solutions, define technical success criteria, guide F&O integrations and configurations, support implementations, troubleshoot blockers, advise on architecture, document solutions, and channel customer feedback to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
  • 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics F&O
  • Deep familiarity with accounting workflows including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and multi-org structures
  • Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture
  • Ability to advise on non-standard F&O implementations and edge cases
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
  • Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise accounts running Microsoft F&O
  • Advise customers and internal teams on F&O integration, configuration, and system design
  • Assess customer requirements and propose solutions involving F&O, HRIS, and API integrations
  • Support technical workstreams during onboarding and implementation
  • Problem-solve technical hurdles and propose effective product implementations
  • Conduct technical discovery of customer F&O environments and workflows
  • Recommend best-fit Ramp architecture and API usage
  • Troubleshoot Dynamics F&O integration blockers
  • Contribute to internal documentation and tooling
  • Channel F&O customer feedback to Product and Engineering
