About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for internal technical support in Slack and in person. You will onboard new joiners with laptops, hardware, and accounts; manage macOS and Windows devices with Fleet; administer Google Workspace and SaaS tools; maintain office IT hardware; and simplify recurring work through automation, defaults, and documentation.

- Google Workspace administration experience
- SaaS administration experience
- Task automation experience
- Communication skills for people with different technical backgrounds
Responsibilities
- Provide internal support in Slack and in person
- Deliver laptop onboarding for new joiners
- Ensure new joiners have required hardware and accounts
- Manage macOS and Windows devices using Fleet
- Administer Google Workspace and SaaS tools
- Manage accounts, permissions, and licences
- Maintain office IT hardware in London and San Francisco
- Automate recurring tasks and create clear documentation
