About the Role

You will ensure the product’s technical quality, stability, and evolution, primarily using Python, Django, and React. You will make area metrics, processes, and results visible and measurable, align them with OKRs, scale and update infrastructure and services, encourage emerging AI and blockchain technologies, represent engineering in strategic meetings, iterate with agility, focus on results, and promote sound architecture practices.

Requirements

Actively use AI tools and AI-based methodologies in development work
Demonstrate a high degree of Claude Code adoption
Apply Spec-Driven Development
Have strong communication influence and decision-making skills
Bring an AI-first mindset curiosity and willingness to rethink development and problem-solving approaches

Responsibilities

Ensure product technical quality stability and evolution using Python Django and React
Make area metrics processes and results visible measurable and aligned with OKRs
Ensure infrastructure and services scale efficiently and remain updated
Promote the adoption of emerging technologies especially AI and blockchain
Represent engineering in strategic meetings and defend technical viewpoints with autonomy
Iterate the product with agility and focus on results
Promote good architecture practices
