About the Role
You will lead delivery of an AI-enabled decision-support capability from discovery through operational deployment. You will establish technical priorities align software data AI infrastructure security and quality resolve risks and dependencies build and mentor technical teams make architecture and delivery decisions partner with customers and remain hands-on enough to review designs and solve difficult problems.
Requirements
- Significant achievement in software engineering AI/ML data systems analytics DevSecOps cybersecurity product technology or a comparable discipline
- Experience leading complex technical efforts across multiple teams and specialties
- Ability to turn ambiguity into working systems and measurable outcomes
- Strong systems thinking communication and leadership judgment
- Experience delivering cloud-native software through deployment and operations
- U.S. citizenship
- U.S. Secret clearance eligibility
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Experience with AWS GovCloud DevSecOps CI/CD infrastructure as code and secure cloud delivery
- Experience with RMF ATO accreditation or comparable security processes
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional delivery across product design engineering data AI analytics DevSecOps cybersecurity and quality
- Own technical strategy architecture execution and delivery
- Translate mission needs into technical plans and release objectives
- Align software data AI infrastructure security and quality
- Build mentor and scale technical teams
- Make architecture integration tooling and delivery decisions
- Identify and resolve technical risks dependencies and ambiguity
- Partner with customers product leaders and external stakeholders
- Review designs challenge assumptions and solve complex technical problems
