About the Role

You will lead a network engineering function while remaining close to complex production systems. You will shape global network architecture, set technical standards, guide major initiatives, manage capacity and connectivity, automate provisioning and deployments, improve observability and resilience, lead incident response, and connect infrastructure decisions to business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience leading developing or technically guiding network engineering teams
  • Deep experience with large scale low latency data centre and colocation networks
  • Strong network architecture and design expertise
  • Knowledge of scalability resilience redundancy and performance optimization
  • Experience with infrastructure as code configuration management and network automation
  • Hands on experience in complex multi vendor environments
  • Experience establishing technical standards and engineering practices
  • Ability to connect infrastructure decisions to trading outcomes risk and opportunity cost
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
