About the Role
You will lead multiple domain ownership groups and set their technical and product direction. You will establish clear testable specifications, review architecture, unblock decisions, connect technical and commercial priorities, hire coach retain senior leaders, and set performance and quality expectations across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in R&D and/or Product Management
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering or product teams
- Experience managing managers
- Track record of building scaling and retaining teams that ship products end-to-end
- Strong technical foundation in TypeScript Node.js React and SQL
- 2+ years of experience working with AI tools and LLM orchestration
- Experience leading distributed teams across sites and time zones
- Experience leading multicultural teams
- Ability to maintain a quality bar across multiple groups
- Commercial-first thinking using data to challenge assumptions
- Excellent English
- Exposure to regulated payments reconciliation or large-scale system migrations is a bonus
