You will lead six engineers, set engineering standards, design and deliver wallet primitives, maintain observability, align priorities with product and commercial stakeholders, represent the function in technical discussions, and contribute production code across wallet services and SDKs.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience in the job offered or a related Full-Stack Engineer or Engineering Lead occupation.
  • Experience designing scalable production-grade TypeScript full-stack applications, decentralized wallet interfaces, and React integrations.
  • Experience developing resilient backend services with NestJS, Temporal workers, blockchain data processing, and real-time event handling.
  • Experience building, auditing, and deploying Solidity and Stellar/Soroban smart contracts in production.
  • Experience designing multi-chain infrastructure across EVM, Solana, and Stellar.
  • Experience deploying monitoring, observability, and fault-tolerant solutions using Datadog and Temporal.
  • Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams, conducting technical interviews, and enforcing code-quality standards.
  • Experience managing AI-assisted engineering workflows using Devin.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical roadmap and strategy for programmable smart-wallet infrastructure across EVM, Solana, and Stellar.
  • Drive the architectural design and delivery of on-chain wallet primitives and multi-chain transaction orchestration.
  • Lead technical direction for enterprise and agentic-payments wallet products.
  • Align wallet roadmap priorities with commercial requirements alongside GTM, CSE, and Product.
  • Establish engineering best practices for code quality, reviews, AI-assisted development, sprint planning, retrospectives, and documentation.
  • Maintain Datadog observability for wallet-service success rates, latency, and transaction throughput.
  • Manage, coach, onboard, and mentor six direct reports.
  • Represent the wallets function in planning, status updates, architecture reviews, and partner technical calls.
  • Contribute production code across wallet authorization, EVM, Solana, Stellar, card-collateral, and SDK workflows.

Benefits

  • Access to leading AI tools and subscriptions.
  • Unlimited flexible PTO.
