About the Role
You will help define the future vision for Core Technology and translate commercial, business and technology strategies into product and delivery outcomes. You will ensure Pricing Technology services meet needs and risk expectations, influence leadership decisions, nurture leaders and promote innovation.
Requirements
- Senior-level technology leadership experience
- Experience creating technology strategy and architectures
- Software engineering and IT leadership experience
- Technical knowledge and commercial acumen to influence business strategy
- Experience introducing and influencing organisational change
- Experience managing global teams across IT disciplines
- Understanding of modern engineering-led technology functions
- Experience with AI First Engineering and end-to-end AI spec-driven development
- Experience building and scaling low-latency market-data pricing and distribution platforms
- Experience managing and modernising mission-critical legacy systems
- Experience building and managing global shared technology platforms
