About the Role
You will technically lead engineering squads working with Java and AWS. You will guide people development, execute technical initiatives, collaborate with architecture infrastructure business and design stakeholders, and improve DevSecOps SRE observability and software quality practices. You will also manage risks, resolve conflicts, track technical and business OKRs and KPIs, and encourage intensive use of AI.
Requirements
- AWS certifications
- Practical experience with AWS and cloud architectures including microservices serverless and event-driven systems
- Experience with distributed systems and high-volume transactional environments
- Knowledge of modern architecture such as CQRS and Event Sourcing
- Familiarity with DevOps practices
- Knowledge of SRE and observability
- Experience with mission-critical platforms such as core banking or equivalent
- Solid software engineering experience preferably with Java
