About the Role
You will lead engineers toward measurable outcomes, reduce manual reporting effort, and coordinate priorities with compliance, legal, finance, and product stakeholders. You will guide architecture for large-scale data systems, translate regulatory requirements into reliable and auditable solutions, mentor engineers, support hiring, and identify opportunities for automation and regulatory technology improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering or data engineering experience
- Experience owning an end-to-end delivery with an externally set deadline and consequential outputs
- Strong foundation in software engineering such as Java or Python
- Experience building and operating large-scale production data pipelines
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data quality scalability and long-term product vision
