About the Role
You will build and run global internship, graduate hiring, and campus recruitment programs. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop university partnerships, create inclusive intern programs, lead recruiters, and establish scalable recruiting workflows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience with global early-careers, internship, or graduate recruitment
- Experience building and managing recruiter teams
- Expertise in university partnerships and campus recruitment
- Experience building inclusive intern programs
- Project management and attention to detail
- Recruitment metrics analysis
- International hiring experience
- Fluent English
- Stakeholder management
- Experience with ATS, LinkedIn search, scheduling tools, or AI productivity tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and execute early-careers programs for intern and graduate pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers and the People team on role requirements and interview processes
- Own end-to-end recruitment for interns and early-career hires
- Build partnerships with international schools and universities
- Create inclusive intern programs with learning objectives, projects, and mentoring
- Lead campus recruitment, career fairs, events, and student employer branding
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and lead recruiters
- Build scalable recruiting workflows, documentation, and tools
