About the Role
You will gain experience across the recruiting lifecycle. You will source and research candidates, review applications, coordinate interviews, maintain applicant-tracking data, support university recruiting and events, and contribute to employer-branding, talent-research, and process-improvement projects.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information professionally
- Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, employer branding, or early-careers hiring
- Authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Source and research candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, university networks, and other channels
- Review resumes and applications
- Assist with candidate outreach, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Maintain candidate and pipeline information in the applicant tracking system
- Support university recruiting, career fairs, networking events, and talent-attraction initiatives
- Support internship-program recruiting activities
- Contribute to employer-branding and recruiting-content projects
- Conduct talent-market research and pipeline-building projects
- Support recruiting programs and process improvements
