About the Role
You will own full-cycle hiring for commercial roles across the UK and Europe, from intake through signed offer. You will lead executive searches, map markets, source passive candidates, advise hiring managers, assess candidates, manage negotiations, maintain Lever data, report on hiring results, and share sourcing expertise.
Requirements
- 6+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on sourcing and direct search
- Executive search experience closing senior and C-level roles through direct approach
- Experience hiring commercial roles in sales, business development, and account management across the UK and Europe
- Stakeholder management experience with senior hiring managers and executives
- English at C1 level or higher
- Fluent Russian
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle hiring for commercial roles across the UK and Europe
- Run executive search projects, including market mapping, target company lists, talent pools, and direct outreach
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals, events, and personal networks
- Craft candidate outreach and engage passive candidates
- Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation expectations, profiles, and timelines
- Assess candidates and present shortlists
- Manage offers, negotiations, and candidate engagement through their first day
- Maintain Lever data and report on pipeline health and hiring results
- Share search knowledge with the team
