About the Role
You will lead end-to-end executive and senior-level searches, including market mapping, direct sourcing, stakeholder partnership, candidate engagement, negotiations, and offer strategy. You will provide market intelligence, maintain senior-talent networks, and improve a high-quality hiring process.

- Executive search and headhunting experience
- Experience closing senior and leadership roles

Responsibilities
- Lead executive and senior-level hiring across robotics, manufacturing, and operations
- Deliver complex and hard-to-fill searches
- Partner with hiring managers and leaders on role requirements and hiring strategy
- Design and execute sourcing strategies
- Use executive-search methodologies, AI tools, networks, and competitor mapping
- Manage offer strategy, stakeholder alignment, and candidate negotiations
- Build and maintain networks of senior talent
- Provide market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and competitor insights
- Maintain a high-quality hiring process and candidate experience
- Use ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter for data-driven hiring
- Track hiring trends and talent-acquisition innovations
