About the Role
You will lead full-cycle recruiting for US GTM roles. You will partner with GTM leaders on hiring plans, source and close candidates, advise on talent-market conditions, guide candidates through the process, improve recruiting operations with data, and build talent pipelines and interview practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of recruiting experience
- 2+ years of experience in a startup or high-growth B2B SaaS or infrastructure company
- Experience recruiting for Sales and GTM roles
- Experience hiring across the GTM stack
- Sourcing expertise in US GTM talent markets
- Experience with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby
- Familiarity with the AI and machine learning landscape
Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leaders to define hiring needs and role specifications
- Own full-cycle recruitment across GTM functions
- Advise hiring managers on market mapping, leveling, compensation positioning, and talent markets
- Source passive and active candidates across US GTM talent pools
- Conduct intake and calibration sessions with hiring managers
- Drive recruiting pipelines and close candidates
- Guide candidates through the hiring process
- Develop GTM recruiting processes, tools, and documentation
- Analyze pipeline data and propose solutions
- Build market maps, competitive intelligence, and talent pools
- Standardize GTM interview rubrics, scorecards, and debrief practices
- Contribute to GTM talent acquisition strategy and employer-brand initiatives
