About the Role
You will manage sourcing and subcontract activities for Hivemind programs. You will negotiate agreements, develop statements of work, oversee supplier performance, coordinate cross-functional requirements, maintain procurement records, and travel to supplier and program sites to resolve execution issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sourcing, procurement, supply chain, subcontracts, supplier management, or program-facing procurement experience
- Experience managing suppliers or subcontractors delivering SOW-based engineering, technical development, manufacturing, or integration work
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements, statements of work, pricing, schedules, deliverables, and contractual terms
- Experience with ERP systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to travel domestically up to 50%
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, contract execution, and supplier performance
- Develop and manage statements of work, deliverables, milestones, schedules, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements
- Manage subcontractors performing engineering, development, manufacturing, integration, or testing work
- Track milestones, identify risks, resolve issues, and report supplier performance
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, schedules, payment milestones, and contract structures
- Administer fixed-price, time-and-materials, milestone-based, and cost-reimbursable agreements
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, compliance reviews, and contracting activities
- Maintain procurement, subcontract, and supplier records in Deltek Costpoint
- Resolve supplier performance, schedule, quality, and contractual issues
