About the Role

You will partner with senior customer leaders to define AI transformation strategies and deliver measurable business value. You will manage strategic accounts, lead ROI initiatives, coordinate complex stakeholder programs, resolve risks and escalations, identify expansion opportunities, and create reusable transformation frameworks.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of strategic account management or transformation consulting experience with Fortune 50–100 companies
• Proven ability to build C-suite relationships and lead large-scale transformations
• Mastery of change management and strategic thinking
• Ability to translate capabilities into measurable outcomes and P&L impact
• Executive presentation, communication, cross-functional coordination, and conflict-resolution skills
• Professional background in management consulting or strategy advisory

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers and lead ROI and value initiatives
• Act as a strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50–100 customers
• Build and manage C-suite relationships
• Lead value realization and ROI analysis through surveys and interviews
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs, customer teams, escalations, risk mitigation, and updates
• Identify expansion opportunities and support cross-sell and upsell initiatives
• Produce scalable transformation decks, frameworks, and communications
