About the Role
You will own strategic enterprise customer relationships from executive alignment and implementation through adoption, renewal, and expansion. You will lead business reviews, guide AI change management, coordinate internal specialists, identify growth opportunities, build customer-success playbooks, and turn customer needs into actionable product feedback.
Requirements
- 8+ years of customer success, account management, consulting, solutions, or related customer-facing experience
- Experience owning and growing strategic enterprise accounts
- Experience with executive alignment, cross-functional coordination, and change management
- Ability to influence C-level and VP-level stakeholders
- Track record driving measurable outcomes, renewals, and expansion
- Experience building customer-success processes, playbooks, or operating models
- Understanding of technically sophisticated enterprise products
- AI fluency, including agents, language models, and automation
- Excellent written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with C-level and VP-level leaders
- Lead customer journeys from kickoff through adoption, renewal, and expansion
- Lead executive business reviews and quantify customer value
- Guide enterprise rollout planning, governance, enablement, and use-case discovery
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales on account growth
- Coordinate Customer Success, deployment, engineering, product, and sales resources
- Build account-planning, executive-engagement, adoption, and value-review frameworks
- Turn customer needs and patterns into product feedback
- Create scalable customer-success playbooks
