About the Role
You will guide development of robot software, including autonomy, behaviors, and fleet management. You will create and execute delivery plans, align cross-functional stakeholders, manage risks and issues, support deployments, and simplify program processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 8+ years of program management experience developing software products for an autonomous system
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience guiding software teams in product development
- Experience managing complex projects using Agile or Scrum
- Analysis and problem-solving
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- US work authorization
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of robot software programs
- Create and manage plans that meet scope, timeline, and resource-budget requirements
- Collaborate with software, hardware, operations, and customer-facing teams
- Identify risks and opportunities and develop response strategies
- Align software engineering work with customer and product needs
- Troubleshoot deployment issues with engineering teams
