About the Role
You will own end-to-end delivery of major business-system implementations, from contract signature through stabilization. You will operate roadmap intake and prioritization, establish portfolio governance and delivery cadences, manage SOX ITGC readiness, coordinate vendors and auditors, lead cutovers, and communicate program status to executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical program management experience
- At least 4 years running enterprise application or business-systems programs
- Experience owning at least two large implementations through cutover and hypercare
- Technical fluency in systems architecture, integrations, and data flows
- Experience in a SOX or audit-facing environment
- Knowledge of change management, access controls, and evidence requirements
- Experience operating program cadence, RAID logs, and steering processes
- Experience building intake, prioritization, and delivery processes
- Exceptional executive communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management for enterprise-system implementations
- Run the portfolio roadmap, intake, prioritization, and capacity planning
- Establish portfolio governance, stage gates, RAID logs, and health reporting
- Manage the SOX ITGC readiness workstream
- Operate weekly status, steering committees, executive readouts, and escalation paths
- Design formal system change-management processes
- Drive UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and retrospectives
- Manage implementation partners, vendors, SOW milestones, and change orders
- Communicate program status to executive and Audit Committee audiences
- Improve templates, playbooks, and delivery tooling
