About the Role
You will lead finance-system and data programs supporting billing, revenue recognition, and financial close. You will translate launches into requirements, manage roadmaps and risks, improve data flows, drive ITGC controls, support audits, and build AI-assisted workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical program management, business systems, finance transformation, or a related field
- Finance operations knowledge
- Quote-to-cash and record-to-report knowledge
- ITGC program experience
- SOX knowledge
- AI workflow experience
- Technical program delivery experience
- Data lifecycle and analytics tooling knowledge
- Business systems change management experience
Responsibilities
- Translate product and pricing launches into finance-system requirements
- Own finance systems roadmaps and cross-functional delivery
- Run intake, prioritization, decision logs, risk escalation, and program metrics
- Map processes and data lineage and resolve reconciliation gaps
- Drive ITGC workstreams and control design
- Support internal and external audit walkthroughs and remediation
- Build AI-assisted workflows with human review controls
