About the Role

You will lead finance digitalization and AI transformation programs from requirements through launch and improvement. You will create financial metrics and dashboards, automate finance processes, improve data quality and controls, deploy AI applications, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and provide executive updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in finance products, finance digitalization, financial BI, or solutions roles
• Understanding of general ledger, AP/AR, revenue recognition, reconciliation, settlement, budgeting, and audit
• SQL data querying, validation, and analysis skills
• Knowledge of at least one mainstream BI tool
• Experience designing, building, integrating, or optimizing ERP, finance, BI, or automation platforms
• Cross-functional project management experience
• Understanding of internal control and auditability requirements for financial systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation and AI transformation programs
• Build finance transformation roadmaps, scopes, milestones, ownership, and acceptance criteria
• Build financial and operational metrics frameworks and dashboards
• Analyze business changes and anomalies and drive actions on cost, efficiency, and resource allocation
• Design finance processes, data models, and functional specifications
• Automate bookkeeping, reconciliation, settlement, reporting, budgeting, and management analysis
• Improve reconciliation, exception handling, data lineage, and traceability
• Deploy AI and agent applications for finance analysis, controls, audit support, and document processing
• Implement financial systems controls, including SOX-related controls, ITAC, and ITGC
• Provide executive updates on program progress, risks, and trade-offs
