About the Role
You will own end-to-end infrastructure program delivery across technical disciplines. You will coordinate dependencies, vendors, milestones, risks, and KPIs; communicate clear status to leaders; improve program processes; and help resolve hardware, ASIC, and software-integration issues.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of technical program management experience, ideally in hardware, semiconductor, or AI technology environments
- PMP certification and a record of delivering complex cross-functional projects
- Technical knowledge of ASIC design, hardware platforms, and software integration
- Organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience identifying risks and opportunities for process improvement
- Experience using Google Workspace and JIRA
- Experience managing external vendor and supplier relationships
- Experience implementing program-delivery best practices to improve operational performance
Responsibilities
- Drive collaboration across DevOps, DevX, Core Engineering, Security, and IT
- Partner with external vendors to ensure services are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Refine program management processes to improve engineering and operational efficiency
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to executive and engineering leaders
- Establish and track KPIs for progress, success, and strategic alignment
- Use hardware, ASIC, and software-integration knowledge to facilitate communication and resolve technical issues
- Operate effectively amid shifting priorities and emerging challenges
