About the Role

You will own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, and Revenue Cloud; lead design sessions and code reviews; configure, code, test, and deploy solutions; build integrations; guide Agentforce and AI automation; manage releases and technical backlogs; harden platform security; and mentor engineers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Salesforce technical experience
  • At least 2 years functioning in an Architect capacity
  • Salesforce development, configuration, and architecture experience
  • Sales Cloud experience
  • Service Cloud experience
  • Experience Cloud experience
  • Revenue Cloud or CPQ experience
  • Apex proficiency
  • Lightning Web Components proficiency
  • Flows proficiency
  • REST and SOAP API proficiency
  • Platform event proficiency
  • Salesforce security hardening experience
  • Code review experience
  • Engineering best practices enforcement
  • Technical backlog management
  • External system integration architecture
  • Agentforce, Einstein AI, or Salesforce AI experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete work independently
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Application/System Architect credentials preferred
  • Salesforce Shield experience preferred
  • SSPM or security monitoring tooling experience preferred
  • Revenue Cloud or CPQ certification preferred
  • Ironclad or CLM platform experience preferred
  • Tableau, Snowflake, or Looker experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud
  • Lead architecture and design sessions
  • Author and maintain coding and design standards
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering and security standards
  • Build and maintain the technical backlog
  • Identify gaps in system design, data integrity, automation, and integrations
  • Conduct Org Health Assessments and define a continuous improvement roadmap
  • Own the Salesforce release management pipeline and sandbox strategy
  • Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions
  • Lead Agentforce and AI-powered automation implementation
  • Design and build integrations with internal and external systems
  • Define testing strategies and execute tests
  • Remediate Salesforce security findings
  • Analyze Salesforce Shield Event Monitoring logs
  • Design data classification, access controls, and auditability
  • Evaluate and implement platform monitoring tools
  • Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
  • Partner with the Engineering Manager to prioritize platform work
  • Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
  • Communicate technical tradeoffs to stakeholders
  • Lead stakeholder demos and participate in Agile ceremonies
