About the Role
You plan QA schedules and strategies, design tests, develop test cases, reproduce issues, analyze their root causes, and improve quality assurance processes. You review development, planning, and design work, provide flexible feedback, collaborate with QA testers, lead projects, apply diverse testing methods, estimate resources, and manage schedules throughout project delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 and fewer than 10 years of Web or App QA experience
- Ability to write specification-based test cases
- Flexible communication skills for reviewing and providing feedback on development, planning, and design work
- Experience collaborating with QA testers and leading projects
- Experience applying diverse testing methods
- Ability to estimate resources and manage schedules flexibly throughout project delivery
- Experience with various test tools and BTS tools such as Slack, Jira, and Notion
- Software testing certification such as ISTQB or CSTS is preferred
- API testing experience is preferred
- Interest in, knowledge of, or trading experience with virtual assets, or experience in a related industry, is preferred
- QA experience with financial industry regulation systems such as AML is preferred
- Experience introducing AI is preferred
