About the Role
You will analyze recurring vehicle issues, develop scalable reliability fixes, maintain diagnostic and testing procedures, investigate field failures, and collaborate with engineering and operations to improve fleet uptime, safety, and stability.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field
- 5+ years of automotive hardware and software experience
- Software and hardware reliability and testing experience
- Experience with autonomous-vehicle components including LiDAR, radar, and cameras
Responsibilities
- Perform root-cause analysis on trending vehicle issues to improve mining fleet uptime
- Design scalable long-term fleet solutions
- Create and maintain testing procedures, diagnostic tools, and operational metrics
- Investigate system failures and underperformance in the field
- Collaborate with engineering and operations on fleet reliability improvements
