About the Role
You will drive onsite fiber deployment and coordinate internal teams and external vendors. You will manage progress reporting, technical troubleshooting, risks, escalations, and executive communications while supporting scalable delivery practices across data center infrastructure programs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience driving fiber or GPU deployments
- Understanding of data center infrastructure, distributed systems, and networking
- Willingness to travel to project sites 50–75% or more of the time
- Organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in a hyperscale or public cloud environment supporting mission-critical services
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external teams involved in data center infrastructure delivery and fiber deployment
- Build and execute delivery programs
- Establish communication channels, decision forums, escalation paths, and operating rhythms
- Align stakeholders on priorities, milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, and decisions
- Resolve misalignment and competing priorities
- Translate technical, commercial, operational, and financial inputs into actionable plans
- Lead onsite fiber deployment
- Drive engagement with partner teams and vendors
- Support executive communication, issue resolution, and decision-making
- Create delivery playbooks, templates, reviews, and coaching
- Advise leadership on delivery risks and technical issues
