About the Role

You will test frontend decentralized applications and build UI automation suites to ensure reliable user experiences. You will perform manual, exploratory, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across web applications, APIs, backend services, blockchain infrastructure, and protocol features. You will investigate technical issues, analyze system data, collaborate across product and engineering, support release validation and production investigations, and improve testing coverage and product reliability.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience as a QA Engineer
  • Experience testing frontend Web3 applications, dApps, wallets, smart contract integrations, or user-facing blockchain experiences
  • Experience testing frontend trading platforms, decentralized exchanges, financial dashboards, or complex distributed applications
  • Experience with manual testing and test automation
  • Proficiency in TypeScript
  • Experience developing or maintaining automation frameworks such as Playwright
  • Experience with Playwright, Pytest, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud infrastructure
  • Experience testing and debugging REST, gRPC, WebSocket, or other API-driven systems
  • Familiarity with blockchain transactions, wallet integrations, blockchain explorers, and smart contract interactions
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Ability to learn new products, technologies, and domains with minimal guidance
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual, exploratory, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Design, build, and maintain UI automation suites and quality tooling using TypeScript and Playwright
  • Integrate MetaMask and Keplr wallet extensions into the test suite
  • Validate web applications, APIs, backend services, blockchain infrastructure, and protocol features
  • Investigate issues across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and distributed systems
  • Analyze logs, metrics, network traffic, and system behavior to identify root causes and quality risks
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
  • Contribute to release validation, test strategy, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement
  • Use AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate testing and investigation
  • Support new products, features, and initiatives
  • Assist with production investigations, incident analysis, and post-release validation
  • Identify quality gaps, process inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve reliability and testing coverage
