About the Role
You will design and lead quality strategy for banking and on-chain payments, build automated testing frameworks, validate integrations and transaction flows, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, develop performance and stress tests, define quality metrics and release gates, and ensure compliance, auditability, data integrity, and operational resilience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of QA automation or quality engineering experience
- Experience in regulated financial environments
- Experience using Cursor AI and Claude
- Experience working at a bank, core banking provider, or regulated financial institution
