About the Role

You will lead complex prospect engagements from RFP through vendor selection, partner with business development on sales strategy, deliver workflow-oriented Aladdin demonstrations, diagnose client operating model challenges, map objectives to solutions, and build relationships with senior institutional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in investment management, enterprise investment technology, or financial markets
• Understanding of front-to-back investment workflows, risk processes, portfolio construction, trading, operations, and technology architectures
• Communication and presentation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience partnering with sales teams on complex enterprise technology deals
• Team management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of financial markets and technology

Responsibilities

• Lead senior-level prospect engagements from RFP through vendor selection
• Partner with Business Development to drive sales strategy and win new mandates
• Deliver workflow-oriented demonstrations tailored to investment, risk, operations, and technology teams
• Diagnose operating model challenges and align Aladdin capabilities with client objectives
• Incorporate market, regulatory, and geopolitical insights into prospect discussions
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Map prospect objectives to Aladdin solutions
• Partner with product development to contribute ideas and understand the product roadmap
