About the Role
You will serve as an AI agent technical specialist throughout the sales cycle. You will facilitate discovery workshops, design use cases, assess APIs and integrations, lead complex demos, develop ROI models, coordinate pre-sales handoffs, provide product feedback, and enable other solutions engineers.

Responsibilities
- Serve as an AI agent technical expert for internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with core solutions engineers on technical narratives
- Design and facilitate technical discovery workshops
- Lead AI agent use-case, integration, and API discovery
- Lead complex AI agent demonstrations
- Qualify and shape AI agent opportunities early in the sales cycle
- Build financial ROI models and business cases
- Coordinate pre-sales handoffs with forward deployed teams
- Provide structured product and engineering feedback
- Enable solutions engineers through playbooks and coaching
