About the Role
You will design voice deployment solutions with Account Executives and translate contact-center environments into integration strategies. You will architect SIP integrations and media paths, diagnose production SIP and media issues, and establish reusable pre-sales processes, deployment playbooks, and reference architectures.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years in customer-facing technical roles focused on voice, telephony, or contact center platforms
- Fluency in enterprise contact center platforms and SIP and telephony fundamentals
- Experience with CPaaS infrastructure, including BYOC configuration and programmable voice
- Ability to navigate ambiguous technical conversations with enterprise customers
- Ability to translate voice requirements into deployment strategies for diverse stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to design voice deployment solutions
- Translate contact center environments into integration and deployment strategies
- Design SIP integration approaches and media streaming paths
- Diagnose multi-leg call flows and resolve SIP and media issues
- Establish scalable pre-sales processes, deployment playbooks, and reference architectures
