About the Role

You will lead the SMB SDR function, set operating rhythms and coaching standards, and oversee pipeline and quota performance. You will hire and train SDRs, coach multichannel prospecting, partner across go-to-market functions, report forecasts, and improve sales processes and AI-supported workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the SMB SDR function
  • Oversee SDR activity, pipeline generation, and quota performance
  • Hire, onboard, and train SDRs
  • Coach direct reports on prospecting, objection handling, and pipeline creation
  • Coach multichannel outbound prospecting
  • Partner on pipeline-generation, territory, and prospecting initiatives
  • Report performance, pipeline health, and forecasts
  • Improve systems, processes, enablement, and AI-supported workflows
  • Maintain prospecting resources and training materials
  • Represent Sales Development cross-functionally
