About the Role

You will support internal and external sales initiatives in the East Region. You will coordinate client calls, meetings, roadshows, marketing materials, and follow-up activity. You will maintain Salesforce data, track opportunities, produce sales metrics, support client service, and collaborate with portfolio management, operations, and process engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance preferred
• Five-plus years of work experience
• Two years of industry experience preferred
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Microsoft Outlook
• Adobe Acrobat
• Salesforce or CRM software experience

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives for clients and prospects in the East United States
• Schedule and manage client calls and meetings
• Organize client and prospect roadshows
• Respond to telephone and email inquiries about product offerings
• Distribute marketing and research materials
• Coordinate with portfolio management, operations, and process engineering to support client service
• Maintain client relationships, records, opportunity tracking, campaign lists, and contact segmentation in Salesforce
• Produce sales reporting metrics for analytics and forecasting
• Maintain confidentiality
