About the Role
You will lead supply chain operations for the London site across procurement, logistics, warehouse, inventory, and material flow. You will manage purchase-to-pay execution, SAP data, supplier performance and negotiations, compliance, operational improvements, and a multidisciplinary supply chain team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience
- Experience managing purchase-to-pay processes, logistics, warehouse, and inventory operations
- Experience leading multidisciplinary supply chain teams
- Understanding of MRP, material flow, and operational readiness
- Degree or master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Understanding of commercial terms, negotiation frameworks, and supplier management
- SAP S/4HANA experience
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, JIRA, and procurement or logistics databases
Responsibilities
- Execute site supply chain strategy
- Partner with Engineering, Production, and Commodity Managers on demand and supply readiness
- Support sourcing initiatives and supplier frameworks
- Drive cost, lead-time, quality, and operational-efficiency improvements
- Manage supplier performance and risk reviews
- Ensure procurement, contracting, and export-control compliance
- Own end-to-end purchase-to-pay execution
- Maintain supplier, material, and purchase-order data in SAP S/4HANA
- Ensure material availability through expediting and supplier follow-up
- Oversee inbound logistics, goods-in, warehouse, and inventory operations
- Resolve supplier delivery, quality, and invoice discrepancies
- Conduct commercial negotiations
- Lead and develop procurement, logistics, warehouse, and inventory staff
- Set operational objectives and KPIs
- Act as the London site supply chain escalation point
