About the Role
You will manage concurrent site selection transactions from market intake through lease execution and delivery handoff. You will coordinate reviews, due diligence, negotiations, approvals, reporting, risk escalation, and tax-incentive data collection.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data center site selection, real estate acquisition, infrastructure development, or related commercial real estate
- Experience managing multiple concurrent high-value real estate transactions from intake through close
- Working knowledge of power and utility infrastructure, fiber and carrier availability, zoning and permitting, and regional tax incentive structures
Responsibilities
- Own the site selection portfolio from intake through lease execution
- Coordinate cross-functional site reviews and deadlines
- Drive due diligence workflows, site visits, and go or no-go decision packages
- Manage lease negotiation logistics, approvals, and contract execution
- Maintain site-status, portfolio-health, and lease-signature reporting
- Identify and escalate schedule, ownership, and data risks
- Coordinate operators, brokers, and internal stakeholders around site data and timelines
- Compile site-location data for tax and incentive analysis
