About the Role

You will manage the end-to-end delivery program for an assigned large data center campus. You will execute delivery gates, own schedules and risk records, coordinate engineering and operations, manage contractor interfaces, resolve blockers, and feed lessons into the shared delivery playbook. You will travel regularly to the construction site.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of technical program management or delivery experience.
• Hands-on data center design and construction delivery experience.
• Experience taking a large-scale data center or multi-phase campus through commissioning and service.
• Knowledge of stage-gate delivery governance.
• Fluency with Primavera P6-grade schedule logic, critical-path analysis, risk registers, and decision logs.
• Knowledge of data center power, cooling, cabling, fiber, and commissioning infrastructure.
• Experience holding contractors and vendors accountable without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel 30 to 40 percent, including monthly site travel and extended commissioning presence.
• Data center certifications such as CDCDP or CDCP are preferred.
• Experience with AI-density whitespace, GPU cloud, hyperscale, greenfield, or colocation deployments is preferred.
• Familiarity with GPU cluster deployment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run the thirteen-gate delivery structure for the assigned campus.
• Own the site-level integrated design and build schedule.
• Manage gate milestones, design interlocks, procurement commitments, and fit-out sequencing.
• Coordinate general contractors, landlords, and vendors.
• Maintain the site risk register and decision log.
• Identify blockers, drive resolution, and escalate portfolio-level issues with recommendations.
• Coordinate Construction Engineering and Design, MEP Engineering, Network, and Operations.
• Capture delivery lessons and cycle-time data for the shared playbook.
