About the Role
You will manage portfolio operating rhythms from LOI through construction and operations handoff. You will establish stage gates, maintain program tooling and data pipelines, track schedules, costs, risks, and design changes, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure complete site handoffs.
Requirements
- Experience managing a large concurrent portfolio of capital projects
- Experience designing and enforcing stage-gate or milestone frameworks
- Ability to manage 20+ workstreams
- Experience coordinating legal, finance, construction, and external counterparties
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Deal documentation and process discipline
Responsibilities
- Manage program operations across a multi-gigawatt site portfolio
- Maintain stage-gate frameworks for site milestones and dependencies
- Build and run portfolio tracking tools and data pipelines
- Track schedule, cost, risk, and design changes across concurrent projects
- Coordinate developers, construction, utilities, legal, and finance
- Hand signed sites to delivery and operations teams with complete documentation
