About the Role
You will serve as the tenant’s day-to-day contact throughout design, construction, and operational handover. You will capture requirements, maintain deliverable packages, lead reporting and change management, coordinate approvals, and support commissioning and project closeout.
Requirements
- 8+ years in a tenant- or client-facing program management or customer account role for complex mission-critical projects
- Working knowledge of construction delivery, schedules, and change management
- Ability to read technical data, drawings, and schedules
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Collect tenant project requirements and prepare tenant deliverable packages
- Maintain tenant deliverable requirements from intake through operational handover
- Own day-to-day tenant relationships and lead regular touchpoints
- Prepare tenant-facing reports on RFIs, schedule, progress, risks, and decisions
- Manage tenant change requests and evaluate scope, cost, and schedule impacts
- Facilitate approvals and feedback through design, construction, and handover milestones
- Deliver closeout packages and coordinate punch lists, testing, and commissioning
- Escalate commercial questions and misalignment to Leasing and Corporate Development
- Evaluate technical information to identify scope gaps or scope creep
