About the Role
You will lead the R&D program portfolio across mechanical, electrical, controls, and modelling workstreams. You will maintain integrated dependency and schedule views, run design reviews and escalations, report program status and decisions, and keep current program artifacts as the operational source of truth.
Requirements
- Run technical program management for hardware, infrastructure, or capital programs
- Manage portfolios with shared engineering resources and deadlines
- Identify schedule risks early and provide recovery options
- Create program artifacts that teams use as their source of truth
- Communicate complex cross-workstream issues clearly
