About the Role
You will manage onsite GPU cluster deployments, including bootstrapping, cabling, and fit-out verification against low-level designs. You will remove blockers, manage schedules and risks across concurrent deployments, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, provide executive reporting, develop onsite talent, and travel extensively between active sites.
Requirements
- Experience as an onsite Technical Program Manager, deployment lead, or equivalent role
- Experience in data center construction, cluster bootstrapping, or large-scale infrastructure rollout
- Knowledge of reading and applying low-level designs
- Knowledge of cabling and fit-out processes
- Experience managing concurrent complex deployments
- Experience managing vendor relationships and resolving underperformance
- Executive communication skills
- Ability to travel extensively and remain onsite for extended deployment periods
Responsibilities
- Own cluster bootstrapping, cabling, and fit-out execution
- Use low-level designs to verify onsite cabling and fit-out work
- Identify and clear onsite blockers
- Visit construction sites and remain onsite during active deployment
- Build relationships with trade vendors and engineering teams
- Anticipate recurring technical failure modes and drive fixes
- Facilitate and document technical trade-off decisions
- Manage portfolio-level schedules and risks across concurrent deployments
- Identify cross-programme risk patterns and drive systemic fixes
- Communicate delivery risks and needs to leadership
- Drive process and tooling improvements
- Develop and train onsite technical program management talent
