About the Role

You will lead technical program management for large data center design and build programs. You will run delivery gates, manage TPMs, own integrated schedules and risks, hold external partners accountable, resolve delivery blockers, and improve the delivery playbook. You will travel regularly to assigned construction sites.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of technical program management or delivery leadership experience.
• 2 to 3 years of people-management experience.
• Experience owning large-scale data center design and construction delivery through commissioning and service.
• Experience running stage-gate delivery governance.
• Fluency with Primavera P6-grade schedule logic, critical-path analysis, risk registers, and decision logs.
• Knowledge of data center power, cooling, cabling, fiber, and commissioning infrastructure.
• Experience influencing engineering organizations, contractors, and vendors without direct authority.
• Experience building, developing, and retaining program-management teams.
• Executive written communication skills.
• Ability to travel 30 to 40 percent, including monthly site travel and extended commissioning presence.
• Data center certifications such as CDCDP or CDCP are preferred.
• Experience with AI-density whitespace, GPU cloud, hyperscale, greenfield, or colocation deployments is preferred.
• Familiarity with GPU cluster deployment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run the thirteen-gate delivery structure across active sites and data halls.
• Build and manage a team of technical program managers.
• Own hiring, capacity allocation, performance calibration, development, onboarding, and training for TPMs.
• Own the design and build layer of the integrated master schedule.
• Produce actionable portfolio status for executive leadership.
• Hold contractors, colocation partners, and vendors accountable for scope, schedule, and deliverable quality.
• Diagnose blockers, drive decisions, and communicate recovery plans.
• Capture gate and site cycle-time data and improve the delivery playbook.
