About the Role

You will establish the Bengaluru site and lead its corporate IT delivery. You will build office technology, lead local hiring and matrixed specialists, manage incidents and service processes, implement security controls, partner with global functions, and create the operating cadence for a growing capability center.

Requirements

• 12+ years of corporate IT, enterprise technology, or IT operations experience
• 5+ years leading teams in India for a global company
• Experience building or significantly scaling a site, capability center, or country technology operation
• Knowledge of identity and access, endpoint management, SaaS administration, networking, AV, asset lifecycle, and incident management
• Experience leading matrixed specialists across countries and time zones
• Security and compliance experience in an audit-facing or SOX environment
• Experience hiring and developing teams in Bengaluru

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technology leader and general manager for the Bengaluru site
• Support employee technology across onboarding, endpoints, identity, access, office networks, AV, collaboration, support, assets, and offboarding
• Build office connectivity, conferencing, device provisioning, and vendor relationships
• Design staffing plans and hire, onboard, coach, and retain site talent
• Provide dotted-line leadership to business technology specialists
• Lead high-severity incidents and establish service-management processes
• Partner on identity, endpoint, access, and change controls
• Build site operating rhythms, status reporting, and follow-the-sun handoffs
